I received this EasyAcc 20,000 mAh Waterproof / Dustproof / Shockproof portable USB powerbank/USB charger in exchange for a fair and honest review.

I am a fisherman and love to fish from my Kayak - this device is EXACTLY what I needed to take on my Kayak in case I need power while out on the water, and it doesn't hurt to have it even while fishing from land! What fisherman hasn't unexpectedly gotten wet?
20,000 mAh - that's a LOT of juice! Our beloved GS7 Edges have a 3600 mAh battery - if you come from a 100% empty battery, you can charge your phone 5 1/2 times ! Of course, it works for any other USB-chargeable device as well (tablets, phones, MP3 players, etc etc etc)
It's build like a tank. It looks like it could take a licking and keep on ticking! I can see it being perfect for construction workers, plumbers, outdoorsmen , campers, or anyone who simply wants to have power with them but not worry about it getting wet or getting broken by a few bumps.
It's a beautiful "outdoorsy" green and black color and is help together with stainless steel bolts. The size is 7 x 4.7 x 1.6 inches , which is the perfect size for the leg cargo pocket on most modern cargo shorts/pants and is 1.2 lbs in weight.

It has an LED flashlight that has several functions. 1) The basic always-on flashlight, 2) Flashing/signal mode and 3) SOS in morse code. I have to say, this is the absolute brightest flashlight I've seen on a power bank ! Just what you'd want to have with you if out in the woods in the dark!

To keep things waterproof, the flap covering the USB ports MUST be closed. Opening exposes 2 USB ports that are variable power and adjust to your device's needs. Output 1 (left side of the photo below) puts out 1A max , Output 2 (right side of photo below) puts out 2A max . There is also a microUSB port which is used for charging the power bank .

Here's the specs that are printed on the bottom of the device

And on the top are 3 blue LED lights indicating it's charge level. In this photo you can see 3 lights, indicating roughly 75% charge.

Now, when I had received this device I had NO PLANS at all of taking it in the water for testing, but real life had different plans for me!
I was at the river fishing from the seawall from my folding chair. I got up from the chair to get a cold water from my cooler when a gust of wind blew the chair over the seawall.
I had to jump into the water to get the chair , which thankfully had not sunk yet. I wasn't thinking about the fact that #1, the power bank was in my cargo pocket, and worse #2 my 1 week old GS7 Edge was in the cup holder of the folding chair when it blew in!
Unfortunately the water was more than 15 ft deep at the sea wall, and since I'm no scuba diver and the water was extremely murky, my phone was lost - thankfully I insured it! (ironically, this the first phone I've EVER insured!) . As of yesterday the replacement phone is in my hands - what a relief!
The power bank had it's waterproof flap closed and when I got home and my mind stopped reeling from the fact that I just lost a $700+ phone in the river, I tested the power bank and it still worked like a champ!
So, that's my REEL LIFE (pardon the fishing pun!) review of the EasyAcc Rugged Power Bank - please let me know if you have any questions!
